February is the month we often associate with love—hearts, roses, and sweet gestures between partners. With Valentine’s Day at the centre of the month, it’s easy to focus on showing love to others. It is what the card shops, restaurants, and any other area of society tells us we should be doing.

But what about ourselves? Love isn’t just about romance; it’s also about self-care, self-appreciation, and nurturing our own hearts. So, this February, let’s elevate and embrace self-love just as much as love for others

Ways to Treat Yourself This Month
